Delaware Defensive Driving Course: COURT-REFERRED

The 8 Hour Defensive Driving course is commonly referred to as "Defensive Driving".

If you have a Delaware Driver License or Permit and meet certain other requirements, Delaware state law allows you to dismiss one traffic ticket per year by taking a TEA-approved driving safety course (the Course offering by Traffic School Delaware - an I Drive Safely affiliate is a TEA-approved driving safety course.

How To Request Defensive Driving Course
